Nexvara Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, and security services are only included if specified in the selected package or maintenance agreement.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any completed work performed before termination remains payable.
